摘要
【目的】探讨烟嘧磺隆与尿素对紫苏安全高产的影响。【方法】采用随机区组试验设计,在大田条件下研究喷施不同剂量的尿素(0、l、2、4、8g/L)和烟嘧磺隆(0、9、18、36、72ga.i./hm2)对紫苏的影响。【结果】烟嘧磺隆显著降低光合特性、抗逆性、产量;1-4g/L质量浓度的尿素处理促进了紫苏生理等特性,8g/L效果相反;1-4g/L的尿素和不同剂量的烟嘧磺隆处理,比单用烟嘧磺隆效果好。【结论】Y2N3处理效果最好,且安全高产。4g/L的尿素能显著提高紫苏在烟嘧磺隆胁迫下的耐性,这与其提高抗氧化酶活性有关。
[Aims] The effects of urea and nicosulfuron were studied on security of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt. [Methods] Randomized block design was used in the experiment. Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt seedlings were treated with different concentrations of urea (0, 1, 2, 4, 8 g/L), nicosulfuron (0, 9, 18, 36, 72 g a.i./ha) and their combinations to test their effects on P. frutescens (L.) Britt. [Results] The results show that the photosynthetic characteristic, resistance and yield were depressed under nicosulfuron treatment. It was also found that the photosynthetic characteristic, resistance and yield were improved under lower dosage of urea (1-4 g/L), and were depressed under 8 g/L. Pre-treatment with lower dosage of urea (1-4 g/L) and post-treatment with different concentrations of nicosulfuron showed better effects than nicosulfuron treatment without urea. These results indicated that urea, nicosulfuron and their combined effects had a significant influence on growth and physiological metabolism. [Conclusions] It indicated that tolerance of Perilla to nicosulfuron could be increased by urea at the dosage of 4 g/L. These were improved through the increase of antioxidant enzymes.
