摘要
基于3T培养模式的食用菌栽培学的改革,主要从课程体系、授课形式等方面进行了探索与实践。认为基于课内小项目的 3T创新人才培养模式的研究建立是食用菌栽培学教学内容的延伸与深化。学生利用掌握的基础知识,课外自主组队,参与科技立项,是将课内与课外知识相结合的主要方式之一,也是实现知识迁移的主要手段之一,是学生3T能力的集中体现。
As to teaching reform of the edible fungus cultivation based on 3T training model, this paper mainly made exploration and practice from course system and teaching form. Establishment of 3T innovation talent cultivation model based on course team is the extension and deep- ening of teaching of edible fungus course. Students can use their basic knowledge to organize teams and participate in project establishment, which is one of major means for knowledge transfer and also the manifestation of 3T ability of students.
