摘要
高等学校教师绩效评估系统设计是一个综合的系统工程 ,包括评估指标体系设计、评估方法的选择与应用以及评估结果的分析评价与结果的反馈。设计教师绩效评估系统必须遵循客观公正原则、动态原则。
The design of teachers performance appraisal system is a comprehensive system engineering. It includes the design of the objective system, the choice and use of the evaluation methods, the analysis and feedback of the results. The design of the system must follow the principles of justice, dynamics, weight number and closeness.
