摘要
贴心服务就是爱心服务,其实质是超值服务。目前我国公共图书馆在贴心服务上与发达国家图书馆有较大差距,与银行、保险等机构相比也有明显距离。贴心服务在图书馆服务诉求中的位置在于它是图书馆服务的升华。从图书馆服务的层次体系看,贴心服务处于最高层,达到最好的服务状态。在以上论述的基础上,从3个不同角度给出公共图书馆实施贴心服务的举措。
The close service is loving service, and its essence is overflow service. At present, there is a great gap between the close service of Chinese public library and those of developed countries, which is also obvious in some instructions such as banks. The position of the close service in the library service appeals lies in that it is the sublimation of library service. In the library service level system, the close service is on the top, that is to say, it achieves the best service condition. Based on this, the paper puts forward some measures to implement the close service in public library from three different aspects.
