摘要
为缓解临床实践教学中的医患矛盾,提高医学生的实践技能,采用标准化病人对学生进行临床技能的培训和考核。通过对SP的培训,制定各个学科的标准化病例及考核标准,并引入具有医学背景的SP,用于临床实践教学,取得了很好的效果。
To relieve the conflict between doctors and patients in the course of the practice education and to improve the skill in practice, we used standardized patient (SP) to train and exam the medical students. Through the training to the SPs, establishing the standard cases and criterion for exam on different subjects and inducting the SPs with medical background in clinical practice education, we have acquired good effect.
