摘要
《保护世界文化和自然遗产公约》是国际遗产保护领域全球治理的基石。中国在加入这一公约之后,迅速融入这一公约所建立的遗产保护体系,相关的国际文化遗产保护宪章、原则在保护的理念和实践方面都不断地对中国的文化遗产保护实践产生着影响,并在一定程度上影响着中国文化遗产保护的发展方向。同时,基于文化多样性背景,保护对象和保护原则同样体现出这种多样性的特征。在这一意义上,中国文化遗产保护又展现出自己独特的面貌,并同时对国际遗产保护运动产生着越来越明显的影响。
Since 1985, when China be- came the State Party of the World Heri- tage Convention, China has been playing a more and more important role in the field of international cultural heritage conservation. In the process, the inter- national conservation charters and princi- ples give a strong influence to Chinese conservation principle and practice. The cultural heritage conservation in China has changed from protecting monuments to protecting cultural diversity. In the background of cultural diversity, finding a Chinese way to practice international principle of cultural heritage conservation is a challenge of China. Simultaneity, Chinese Principle and conservation works in World Heritage Sites in China to ex- press the understanding of cultural herit- age and give an influence to international cultural heritage conservation movement.
