摘要
传统的就保护区论保护的规划方法,忽视了保护区与城市空间发展之间的关系,隔离了保护区与地区历史文化脉络格局的联系,阻碍规划本身在协调保护与发展关系以及保护地区历史文化特色与脉络上所起的作用。区域视角即从更大范围的空间战略层面进行分析与研究,是解决保护与发展矛盾和避免文化遗产孤岛化的有效途径和出路。以巍山国家历史文化名城为例,运用区域分析的视角,探讨历史文化遗产保护规划的路径与方法,提出巍山空间发展战略框架、文化名城的保护框架和空间体系,以期为快速城市化时期文化遗产保护提供一些有益的思考。
The traditional historical and cultural conservation planning methods tend to ignore the relationship between the locations of conservation areas and the development of urban spatial structure,and additionally,incline to cut off the connection between conservation areas and the locality of its history and culture.The regional perspective which is thinking and analyzing from a larger scale can be an effective way to overcome those disadvantages.Based on case study of historically and culturally famous city of Weishan,this paper employs regional perspective and its framework to explore the new methods for conservation plan of historical and cultural heritage and reaches a conclusion that construction of the spatial network of historical and cultural heritage sites is of great importance to the conservation work.
