摘要
目的:探讨临床医学专业本科生应对方式、自我效能感与主观幸福感的关系,为医学院校心理健康教育提供实证依据。方法:采用应对方式量表、一般自我效能感问卷和大学生主观幸福感量表对286名临床医学专业本科生进行调查,分析其应对方式、自我效能感与主观幸福感的关系。结果:临床医学专业本科生的主观幸福感处于中等以上水平,且无性别和年级差异。临床本科生的自我效能感和主观幸福感呈显著正相关;应对方式中的解决问题维度及求助维度与主观幸福感呈显著正相关;应对方式中的自责、幻想、退避及合理化维度与主观幸福感呈显著负相关;逐步回归分析表明,自我效能感和应对方式中的解决问题维度可以正向预测主观幸福感;应对方式中的自责维度可以负向预测主观幸福感。结论:临床医学专业本科生的归因方式及自我效能感影响主观幸福感。
Objec tive To explore the relationship among coping style,self-efficacy and subjec, tive happiness of clinical ureter- graduates. Methods Though the method of coping style scale, sell'efficacy scale, subjective happiness,286 clinical undergraduates were investigated. Results The subjective happiness of clinical undergraduate was in a good condition, but the extent is not very strong. Besides,on the aspects of gender and grades, there were no differences. The subjective happiness of clinical postgraduates had a significant positive correlation with problem-solving factor anti the dimension of asking for help. The subjective happiness of clinical undergraduates was negatively correlated to the dimensions of remorse,fantasy,retreat and rationalization. Stepwise regres- sion analysis showed that sell'efficacy,problem-solving and self-blame can significantly predict the subjective happiness of clinical undergraduates. Conclusion The coping style and self-efficacy of clinical undergraduates affect their subjective happiness.
