摘要
本文对萌芽期的5种芍药(Paeonia Lactiflora)采用不同浓度的多效唑(Paclobutrazol)进行叶面喷施处理,比较不同处理对芍药的株高、茎粗、冠幅生长状况的影响。结果表明:多效唑处理显著降低了芍药植株的高度和冠幅,使茎粗增大(P<0.05),其中以喷洒100 mg/L浓度下的多效唑综合效果最佳。
In order to improve the morphological characteristics, Paclobutrazol (PP333) was applied at different concentration to Paeonia Lactiflora. The results showed that PP333 can significantly inhibit the vegetative growth of Paeonia Lactiflora ( P 〈 0.05 ). It was observed that the treatments reduced plant height and crown breadth, in- creased plant stem diameter. The treatment by PP333 at 100 mg/L concentration had the best integrated effect than other treatments.
