摘要
单柱单臂垂直伸缩式隔离开关是近年来国内厂家在参照国外相关产品的基础上研制开发的隔离开关,其设计先进、结构合理,具有外观简洁、性能优良、占地面积小、维修周期长等优点,对于丰富隔离开关品种,满足用户的不同需要具有重要作用。此种形式的隔离开关在研制试验过程中出现了动触片张开角度过小、触头接触压力过大、操作杆上的滚轮易损等现象,为了探究出现问题的原因并找到解决办法,笔者通过理论计算与实际结果对照,对这些现象进行了研究,并针对性地提出了在安装调试过程中应注意的问题,其中理论计算的结果希望对有关的设计者也能提供一些参考或帮助。
Single column vertical telescopic disconnector is developed by the domestic manufacturers based on the reference to the related foreign products in recent years. It has advanced design, reasonable structure, advantages of simple appearance, excellent performance, small footprint, long repair cycle. This type disconnector has an important role to meet the different needs of users. Some problems appeared during manufacturing such as the open angle of the moving contact is too small, the contact touching pressure is too big, the rolling wheel on the operating bar is easy to damage, and so on. This paper makes some investigations on the above issues, and some countermeasures are suggested for installation of such disconnector which may be helpful to designers.
