摘要 为解决锂离子电池成组后难以管理的问题,设计锂电池智能管理模块.该智能模块基于STM32芯片设计并架构嵌入式操作系统uC/OS-II.由嵌入式操作系统实时高效地监控管理锂电池充电、放电过程,并提供上位机和触摸屏动态显示锂电池组的工作状况.设计信号调理电路和软件滤波采集模块电压、电流、温度等模拟量来减小采集误差,为锂电池管理模块提供精确的原始数据.经实际验证,该智能管理模块解决了锂电池成组后易发生过充电、过放电、过流、电池提早老化、爆炸等问题,提供了更长寿命、更低维护、更可靠的锂电池组. In an attempt to solve the problem of monitoring Lithium batteries, an intelligent management module is proposed. It, which is embedded operating system of uC/OS-II based on the STM32 chip architecture, monitors the states of charging and discharging. The PC and touchscreen are also provided to monitor all the states of Lithium bat- teries. The circuits of signal conditioning and software filtering have been designed to collect information about mod- ule voltage, current and temperature. They, which provide accurate data to manage Lithium batteries, reduce the col- lect deviations. It confirmed that this module solves all the problems, such as overcharge, overdischarge, battery ag- ing, explosion and other accidents, providing a longer life span, more reliability for Lithium batteries, and lowering maintenance.
