摘要 及时监测钻井液中H2S的含量能防范与减小钻井风险,为解决传统硫化氢监测中对于硫化氢侵入早期在钻井液出口硫化氢不易被检出的难题,通过检测钻井液中H2S、HS-和S2-的含量变化可作为判断地层硫化氢早期侵入钻井液的参考依据。但目前常见的碘量法、色谱分析法等离子检测方法无法适应钻井作业环境,通过分析钻井液的pH值与H2S、HS-和S2-的含量变化,提出一种连续在线酸化钻井液并辅以吹气的监测方法,其原理是将HS-和S2-还原为H2S脱出并监测。由于仅需消耗少量强酸,没有复杂的预处理程序,为硫化氢在线连续监测提供了一种新的思路。 Timely monitoring H2S content in drilling fluid can prevent and reduce the drilling risk,detecting the changes of H2S,HS-and S2-content in drilling fluid can be used as a reference for the invasion of hydrogen sulfide into drilling fluid,but now common ion detection methods of iodimetry,chromatography,etc.can't adapt to the drilling environment.By analyzing pH value and content changes of H2S,HSand S2-in drilling fluid,the author put forward a monitoring method,which on-line continuously acidizes drilling fluid with air flush,its principle is to reduce HS-,S2-to H2S,then remove and monitor.Since only a small amount of strong-acid consumption is needed,no complex preprocessor is required,the method provides a new way for hydrogen sulfide monitoring while drilling.
