摘要
石油钻探过程中,加强硫化氢气体监测是确保人员及设备安全的前提。该文在探讨井场硫化氢监测过程中存在的问题基础上,阐述了解决这些问题的对策,其重点是变被动监控为主动预防,加强地层对比、压力预测和钻井液性能监控等,同时实行硫化氢的分级报警,以达到防患于未然的目的。对于指导硫化氢地区钻井施工,确保人员及设备安全具有一定的指导意义。
During oil drilling, strengthening H2S detecting is the essen tial prerequisite to ensure safety for personnel and equipment. Based on discuss ion about the problems that occurred during wellsite H2S detecting, the paper expounded the countermeasures to solve the above problems, the key points of whi ch were changing passive monitoring to active prevention, strengthening stratigr aphic correlation, pressure prediction, drilling fluid property monitoring and s o on, besides, carrying out H2S graded alarm in order to achieve the aim again st possible accidents. The paper has a certain guiding significance to direct dr illing operation in H2S area, ensuring safety for personnel and equipment.
