摘要
目的探讨开放式实验教学在医学高专生物化学实验教学中的应用效果。方法对我校2012级三年制临床医学专业1班168名学生进行分组教学,实验组采用开放式实验教学法,对照组采用传统的实验教学方法。实验课程结束后对两组学生进行测试,对实验组进行教学问卷调查。对两组测试平均成绩进行独立样本t检验。结果开放式实验教学组的平均成绩高于传统实验教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),问卷调查显示87%以上的学生对开放式实验教学感兴趣,认为该教学法能提高学习积极性、自主学习能力和综合分析能力。结论开放式实验教学能明显提高生物化学实验教学效果,培养学生的综合能力,值得深入研究和推广。
Objective To explore the effects of the open experiment teaching method applied in biochemistry experiment teaching at medical colleges .Methods We divided 168 medical students of three-year clinical medicine ( Class 2012 ) into the open experiment teaching mode group and the traditional experiment teaching mode group .At the end of the experiment classes , a questionnaire was given to the open experiment teaching mode group;the average score of the two groups was evaluated by t test.Results The average test score of the open experiment teaching group was significantly higher than that of the traditional experiment teaching group (P&lt;0.01).The questionnaire survey showed that more than 87%of students in the open experiment teaching group were interested in the open experiment teaching method and thought that it could enhance their learning enthusiasm , independent learning ability and comprehensive analysis ability .Conclusions The open experiment teaching method can obviously improve the effects of biochemistry experiment teaching and cultivate students&#39;comprehensive ability .It is worthy of further study and popularization .
