新生儿肠神经发育不良症合并坏死性小肠结肠炎临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 肠神经发育不良症（intestinal neuronal dysplasia,IND）是一种肠道神经网状结构先天性异常的疾病,其特征性表现为肠管黏膜下肌间神经节广泛或局限性神经丛过度发育,可导致顽固性便秘甚至肠梗阻。新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎（neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis,NEC ）是指肠黏膜损害和炎症,严重时小肠可能发生坏死,引起肠穿孔和腹膜炎。新生儿IND合并NEC临床较为少见。本研究回顾性总结了四川大学华西第二医院新生儿科收治的1例新生儿IND合并NEC 患儿的诊治经验并结合文献复习,以期为今后该病的临床诊治提供帮助和借鉴。现将研究结果,报道如下。
