摘要
采用超临界二氧化碳辅助法对涤纶织物进行硅烷前处理后再化学镀铜。对比研究了传统硅烷前处理和超临界二氧化碳辅助硅烷前处理对涤纶织物的表面形貌,化学镀铜的沉积速率,铜镀层的表面形貌、组织结构、表面电阻和热重性能的影响。超临界二氧化碳辅助前处理所得硅烷层较传统硅烷层更为均匀致密,与织物之间的附着力更强。采用超临界二氧化碳辅助硅烷前处理后,化学镀铜的沉积速率提高,铜镀层的均匀性和导电性得到改善。
Electroless copper plating of polyester fabric was conducted after pretreatment with silane in supercritical carbon dioxide (sc-CO2). The surface morphology of polyester fabric pretreated by silane process with and without the assistance of sc-CO2, and the deposition rate of subsequent electroless copper plating as well as the surface morphology, structure, surface resistivity, and thermo- gravimetric behavior of the copper coating obtained were comparatively studied. The silane film formed in sc-CO2 is more uniform and compact than that formed conventionally, and has stronger adhesion to fabric. After sc-CO2 assisted pretreatment with silane, the deposition rate of electroless copper plating is increased, and the uniformity and conductivity of the copper coating obtained are improved.
