With three experimental groups of Tl (5 x 10^2 cfu/cm^3 soil ) , T2 ( 5 x 10^3 cfu/cm^3 soil ) and T3 ( 5 x 10^4 cfu/cm^3 soil ) underwent 60 days of inducing Artemisia annua by three different contents of Trichoderma asperellum conidial suspension. An experiment was conducted to study the Artemisinin growth and the available nitrogen content in the soil. Group T2 is the most suitable content and the effect of inducing on Group T2 is significant. The plant height of Ao annua reached the maxi- mum from August 10 to August 20 and the stem base perimeter reaches the maximum. When the plant height increased, the stem perimeter increased actually 1.38 and 1.47 times than that of control. The average fresh weight of root per A. annua plant of Group T2 was 130. 776 g, increasing by 18.87% and 15.84% compared to Group T1 and Group T3. The more time it grows, the more range will improve. After 30 days of inducing, in terms of soil nitrogen hydrolysate, the available nitrogen content of the pot soil of Group T2 reduced by 19.62% compared to Group A ( bare soil with neither Artemisiaannua nor inducing), reduced by 10.4% compared to Group A1 (pot soil with T1 inducing but without Artemisia annua) and reduced by 21.03% compared to Group A2( pot soil with T2 inducing but without Artemisia annua). Therefore, T. asperel- lure improves not only Artemisia annua growth, but also plays a positive role in promoting the available nitrogen content in the soil, and the best inducing content is 5x10^3 cfu/cm^3 soil.
