木霉菌防治川芎根腐病的初步研究 被引量:18

摘要 从生长在不同生态环境的药用植物根际土样中分离出了一批木霉菌株,明确了木霉菌对两种病原菌的拮抗机制在于营养和空间竞争、寄生两种形式。通过室内拮抗试验和田间防病增产试验,筛选出了对尖孢镰刀菌和茄腐皮镰刀菌有较强拮抗作用的哈茨木霉T23、T158等菌株。田间试验结果表明:T23、T158制剂7500g/hm2对川芎根腐病的防治效果分别为63.90%和57.17%,优于常用化学杀菌剂多菌灵处理。 A promising effective and environment-reliable way of controlling Ligusticum chuanxiong root rot disease was to develop biocontrol agents. Strains of Trichoderma spp., isolated from rhizospheric soil samples of medicinal plants growing in different ecological environments, were selected and studied. The result showed that competition for space and nutrient , mycoparasitisrn were the principal mechanisms employed by Trichoderma species to control this disease . These strains were compared for efficacy of inhibiting the growth of the pathogens cultured on potato dextrose agar. Two strains, T. harzianum T23 and T158, with higher level of inhibition efficacy, were utilized to control the disease in the field,The result showed that the control effects of T23 and T158 preparation at the dosage of 7500 g/ hm^2 were 63.90 % and 57.17 %, respectively. They were better than that of the treatment with earbendazim.
