和肽素测定对下呼吸道感染的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨下呼吸道感染患者严重程度与和肽素(Copeptin)水平之间的关系。方法分别检测92例下呼吸道感染患者及20例健康对照者血浆Copeptin表达水平。并进一步评估患者肺炎严重度指数(Pneumonia Severity Index,PSI),按PSI等级Ⅰ~Ⅴ分别分入A^E 5组及F(空白对照)组,比较6组受检者PSI与Copeptin水平的相关性。结果对照组受检者与5组患者组Copeptin水平之间差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。PSI等级与Copeptin水平之间呈正相关(p<0.05)。结论肺部感染患者血浆Copeptin水平和肺部感染严重程度之间存在一定关系,对下呼吸道感染早期诊断及评估患者病情有重要临床意义。 Objective To study the correlation of pneumonia severity index(PSI) and C - terminal portion of pro - vasopressin(Copeptin) in patients with lower respiratory infection. Methods The levels of Copeptin were determined in 92 patients with lower respiratory infection and 20 normal controls( Group F). According to their PSI level, the patients were devided into 5 groups ( Group A - E). Then we analyzed the correlation between the PSI level and the Levels of Copeptin. Results Copeptin levels of the control group were significantly higher than the patients ( group A - E)(p 〈 0. 05 ). The levels of Copeptin were positively corelated with the PSI level (p 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion There exists a certain corelation between Severity of the patients with lower respiratory infection and the plasma levels of Copeptin. Copeptin could be a valuable reference index for early clinical diagnosis of lower respiratory infection, and it is of great clinical significance to assess the condition of patients.
