摘要
目的:对白鲜皮的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱,反相柱色谱及制备薄层层析进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从白鲜皮中分离纯化了13个化合物,分别鉴定为:如忒文(1)、黄柏酮(2)、梣酮(3)、柠檬苦素(4)、白鲜碱(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、5-羟甲基糠醛(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、3β-羟基-胆甾-5-烯(9)、fraxinellonone(10)、芦丁(11)、槲皮素(12)、东莨菪内酯(13)。结论:其中,化合物7、9为首次从该属中分离得到。
Objective:To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the root bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus. Methods:Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and PTLC were employed for the isolation and purification of chemical constituents. The structures were i- dentified on the basis of spectral data and physicochemical examination. Results : Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as fol- lows : rutaevin ( 1 ), obacunone ( 2 ), fraxinellone ( 3 ), limonin ( 4 ), dictamnine ( 5 ) ,β-sitosterol ( 6 ), 5-hydroxylmethylfuraldehyde ( 7 ), daucosterol ( 8 ) , 3β-hydroxy-cholesta-5-ene ( 9 ) , fraxinellonone ( 10 ) , rutin ( 11 ) , quercetin ( 12 ) and scopoletin ( 13 ). Conclusion : Com- pounds 7 and 9 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
