摘要
目的:观察针灸配合拉伸治疗颈性眩晕临床疗效。方法:以颈椎为研究对象选择30例临床眩晕的患者,依据中医经络学说和辩证施治的原则,运用针灸配合拉伸等手段进行治疗。并与采用常规针刺的30例患者做统计学对比,经过3个疗程后进行疗效评定,结论:针灸配合拉伸治疗颈性眩晕的治疗组疗效,明显优于常规针刺对照组(P<0.05)。
Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of cervical vertigo under combined use of acupuncture and stretching. Methods ： Selected 30 cases of cervical vertigo to treat by the combined use of acupuncture and stretching, ac- cording to Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of channels and collaterals and the principle of treatment according to syn-drome differentiation. And did statistical compare with 30 patients treated with acupuncture alone. Then the clinical effica- cy was evaluated after the treatment for 3 weeks. Conclusion ： The clinical efficacy of group treat by combined use of acu- puncture and stretching had higher therapeutic effect than that of acupuncture alone （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
