摘要
目的:探讨建立伤口联络小组在帮助临床护士鉴别压疮、失禁性皮炎及各类慢性伤口中的作用,从而降低压疮上报的错误率,提高压疮上报质量。方法:从各临床科室抽调1名护士组建伤口联络小组,医院伤口专科护士对伤口联络护士进行压疮、失禁性皮炎及各类慢性伤口护理相关专科知识培训,伤口联络护士负责自己所在科室护士的相应培训,比较伤口联络小组建立前后压疮错报的情况。结果 :建立伤口联络小组后,临床护士鉴别压疮、失禁性皮炎及各类慢性伤口的能力提高,压疮错报率从28.2%下降到7.9%,实施伤口联络小组模式前后压疮错报率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:组建伤口联络小组能提高临床护士鉴别压疮、失禁性皮炎及各类慢性伤口的能力,进而减少压疮错报率,提高压疮上报质量。
Objective：To explore the impact of liaison nurse group of wound in improving the ability of the clinical nurse to identify pressure ulcer, incontinence dermatitis and other kinds of chronic wound, in order to reduce the error rate and improve the reporting quality of pressure ulcer. Methods：A liaison nurse group of wound was established by choosing a nurse from each ward, and was trained in knowledge about pressure ulcer, incontinence dermatitis and other kind of chronic wound by specialized nurses in wound. Then, the liaison nurse trained other nurses in their ward about the knowledge. The error rate of pressure ulcer was compared before and after establishing the liaison group. Results：After establishing liaison nurse group of wound, the ability of clinical nurse to identify pressure ulcer, incontinence dermatitis and other kind of chronic wound had improved and there was a statistically signiifcant difference （P〈0.01） in the error rate of pressure ulcer which descended from 28.2%to 7.9%.Conclusion：Liaison nurse group of wound can improve the ability of clinical nurse to identify the pressure ulcer, incontinence dermatitis and other kind of chronic wound, and then reduce the error rate and improve reporting quality of pressure ulcer.
