摘要
目的 建立HPLC法测定芩斛利咽合刺中芍药苷含量的方法.方法 采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液（14：86）为流动相;流速1.0ml·min-1;检测波长230nm.结果 芍药苷在0.5165～2.066μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9995）,平均回收率为97.98％,RSD=1.01％（n=6）.结论 本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于芩斛利咽合剂的质量控制.
Objective To establish a HPLC method m determination of paeoaiforin in Qinlauliyan Liquid. Methods The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column,using acetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphate solution（14：86）as mobile phase. The content was detected at a waveleng of 230nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 .Resdts The paeortiforin have a good tincar mlatim in the range of 0. 5165 - 2. 066pg（ r = 0. 9995） ,the average re- covery was 97. 98 % and RSD = 1.01% （ n = 6）. Conolusion The established method is accuracy, sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Qinhuliyan Liquid.
