摘要
目的建立辛芍注射液的含量测定方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(40∶60)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长230nm,柱温40℃。结果芍药苷质量浓度的线性范围为49~173μg/mL,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.44%,RSD=2.0%(n=6)。结论所用方法简单、准确、重现性好,适用于辛芍注射液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determining paeoniflorin in Xinshao Injection. Methods Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm) was used with mixture of methanol-0. 1% formic acid (40:60) as the mobile phase and the flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the temperature of column was 40 ℃. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 49 - 173 μg/mL (r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 98.44% and RSD was 2. 0% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable to be used in the quality control of Xinshao Injection.
