摘要
Annexins家族是钙依赖性磷脂结合蛋白,可以分为A、B、C、D和E 5组。它们结构上表现为同源相似性的钙依赖性磷脂结合蛋白,含有一个C端核心区域和一个可变N端结构域,前者可与膜相关磷脂结合,后者决定了不同Annexins蛋白的特性。Annexins家族成员参与抗凝血、抗炎、出胞、入胞作用、信号转导、细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等多种生理活动,并与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润及转移密切相关,为肿瘤早期诊断、治疗及预后判断提供线索。
Annexins are calcium-dependent phospholipid binding protein,which divide into A, B, C,D and E groups. The structure shows the homology of calcium-dependent on phospho-lipid binding protein,which contains a C side core region and a variable structure of n-terminal domains. The former can associate with the membrane phospholipids, and the latter determines the different features of Annexin proteins. Annexin members participate in anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, out of the cell, the cell function, signal transduetion, cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis and other physiological activities. Annexins closely relates to ma- lignant tumors in carcinogenesis, development,invasion and metastasis, and can provide clues for tumor early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis judgement.
