摘要
目的:研究贲门癌组织中annex in 1的表达情况,探讨其表达与贲门癌临床病理特征的联系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测贲门癌及癌旁组织中annex in 1的表达。结果:贲门癌和癌旁组织annex in 1表达的阳性率分别为90%(45/50),15%(3/20),annex in 1的表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移程度及有无远处转移有关。结论:an-nex in 1在贲门癌组织中的表达率较正常贲门组织显著增高,可能是反映贲门癌的生物学特性,评估预后的较好指标。
Objective To study the expression of annexin 1 in human cardiac cancer tissues and the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological characteristics. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was applied to determine the expression of annexin 1 in 50 resected cardiac cancer specimens. Clinical data were reviewed and their correlations with the expression of annexin 1 were analyzed. Results The positive immunostaining rates for annexin1 in para- and cancer tissues were 15% and 90%（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The expression of annexin 1 in human cardiac cancer is elevated and the enhanced expression is closely correlated with the biological characteristics of cardiac cancer.
