摘要
分析了农产品地理标志保护的产生背景,阐述了我国农产品地理标志登记保护的有关规定和发展现状,针对存在的问题,提出合理的对策建议。
The background of the geographical indications of agricultural products is analyzed. The relevant provisions in the registration and protection of geographical indications of agricultural products in China as well as the current situation of its development are discussed. Aiming at the existing problems some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
