概述了农产品地理标志的概念和特征,及其与农产品商标的区别,分析了农产品地理标志对河南省农业的影响,提出了提升河南省农产品竞争力的对策。
The concept and characteristics of geographic indicators of agricultural products were expounded,as well as its difference to the trademark of agricultural products.The influence of agricultural products geological marks on the agriculture in Henan Province was studied.The countermeasures of improving the competitiveness of agricultural products were proposed.
