摘要
在分析了板坯连铸机辊列设计及校核理论模型的基础上,开发了板坯连铸机辊列设计软件。输入基本的设计参数后,即可进行铸机辊列的设计与校核计算,得到辊列布置的尺寸参数。相同设计条件下,通过此软件设计的结果与实际生产中的铸机辊列布置相比较,设计结果与实际铸机辊列布置基本一致,各项校核指标均达到要求,鼓肚变形量甚至优于实际铸机,能够满足实际应用的需要。
Based on analysis of the theoretical model in the design and check of roller layout for slab caster, a comput- er aided design software for roller layout of slab caster has been developed. The design and checking calculation of roller layout can be performed after the input of basic parameters, and dimension parameters of roller layout can be given. Under the same design conditions, after comparing the roller layout presented by the software with the roller parameters of actual caster, the result shows that the roller layout determined is in good agreement with the real caster. Meanwhile, the check indexes meet the requirement and the amount of bulging deformation is even better than the actual caster. So the design result is available for practical application.
