摘要
根据连铸坯高温蠕变的力学性能,提出按连铸坯的温度给定连续弯曲和矫直段应变速率,并给出了新型连续弯曲、矫直曲线。将采用该曲线的设计方案应用于一台多点弯曲、矫直直弧形板坯连铸机的连续弯曲、矫直改造中,效果良好,设备运行稳定。改造后铸机的高度及铸机外弧基准线均保持不变,这是传统连续矫直曲线无法实现的。该曲线可适用于新铸机的设计中。
According to mechanical property of casting blank's high temperature creep, this paper brought forward a new method of setting continuous bending and straightening strain rate respectively, and presented one new--ideal continuous bending, straightening curve. The curve was successfully applied on a multi--points bending, straightening caster' s continuous bending, straightening remold. The height and outside cure datum line of the caster keep unchangeable, which can not be obtained by traditional continuous bending and straightening curve. The application process is better, and the equipment runs reliably. This curve is still fit to design a new continuous caster.
