摘要
通过对X大学研究生进行问卷调查发现:研究生较为认同导师组培养模式,但同时也存在很大的反对声音。进一步访谈发现:导师组易流于形式化是该制度运行中存在的最主要问题。要克服导师组形式化问题,就需要构建实施导师组培养的文化氛围,并以明晰导师组权责为关键,以完善配套机制为保证。
The survey of X university's postgraduates shows that most of the postgraduates prefer to the training model of tutor group, but there are some different voices as well. Further interviews with some respondents and tutors find that the most serious problem about tutor group is easy to be formalized in operation. In order to overcome this shortcoming, we should create cultural atmosphere for tutor group firstly and try to make everyone know his rights and responsibilities. Meanwhile, we should improve relative supporting mechanism.
