摘要
共同语和方言是主体和变体的关系,它们相对独立又相互影响。语言规范的对象是共同语,规范方式分为建立和维护两个方面。共同语依据一定的规范标准建立起来之后,与方言之间会形成一个接口,共同语的语言成分会通过接口进入方言,反之亦然。因此,为维护共同语的纯洁性,还需要在共同语之外的接口设定标准,驻扎监管机构和队伍,以阻止消极的方言成分进入共同语,也阻止方言进入本该使用共同语的正式场合。地域方言和包括网络语言在内的社会方言本身不需要规范,也规范不了。只要在接口处严格把关,方言和共同语就可以和谐共处。
The standard language and its dialects are relatively independent, but affect each other. The target of language normalization is the standard language and the method lies in two aspects：establishment and protection. Established on certain criteria, the standard language elements from the standard language enter its standard language, we should have criteria and shares an interface with its dialects. Through the interface, dialects and vice versa. Therefore, in order to keep the purity of the supervisors at the interface in order to stop negative dialect elements from entering the standard language and dialects from being used in the situation where the standard language should be used. The dialects, including the web language, need not and yet can not be normalized. So long as the interface is protected, the dialects can coexist with the standard language.
