摘要
目的探索一种适应对有宗教信仰住院患者的文化照顾的评估方法,以提高护士工作效果及患者的满意度。方法领悟多元文化护理理论框架日升模式的内涵,通过建立评估管理制度、明确评估内容及要求、建立评估培训方案及考核机制等,形成一套切实可行的用于评估有宗教信仰患者文化照顾需求的方法。结果全体受训护士均能进行有宗教信仰患者的文化照顾评估,住院患者第三方满意度达99.5%。结论应用日升模式进行患者文化背景评估必要而且可行。
Objective To explore an effective cultural care assessment method for patients with religious belief to improve the efficiency and efficacy of nursing service and increase patient satisfaction. Methods Based on the connotation of Sunrise Model in transcuhural nursing theory,the nursing assessment system for patients with reli-gious belief was formulated through establishment of assessment and management system,definitude of contents and requirements of assessment,establishment of assessment training scheme and appraisal mechanism. Results All nurses could perform cultural care assessment for patients with religious belief. The patients satisfaction reached 99.5%. Conclusion Applying Sunrise Model to assessing patients＇ cultural background is necessary and feasible.
