摘要
信息资源产业作为战略性新兴产业,正受到越来越多的关注和重视。本文首先在已有研究的基础上,明确了信息资源产业的定义及范畴,然后结合我国信息资源产业发展的现状及特点,将我国信息资源产业发展系统划分为资源、相关产业、经济增长及产业发展环境四个子系统,运用Vensim PLE软件建立系统动力学模型并进行仿真分析,系统地研究了我国信息资源产业发展的主要影响因素及趋势特征。仿真结果表明未来几年我国信息资源产业将保持较快增长,为国民经济发展提供持续稳定的带动作用。
As a strategic emerging industry, information resource industry (IRI) has been paid more and more attention. This paper first summarizes the existing research and makes clear of IRI' s definition and scope. Considering the development status and characteristics of China' s IRI, this paper divides the IRI development system into four sub-systems including resources subsystem, related industries subsystem, economic growth subsystem and industrial development environment subsystem. Then the paper uses Ven- sim PLE to establish a system dynamics model to analyze the main influence factors and trends of China' s IRI. The simulation results show that in the next few years ChinaJs IRI will maintain rapid growth and con- tinue to be a steady driving force to the national economy.
