摘要
信息社会,发展信息资源产业已经成为加强信息资源开发利用的必然选择。鉴于制度环境对信息资源产业的重要性,本文从市场准入、产权安排、公平竞争、激励机制、市场监管、投融资体系等方面探讨了如何构建和完善我国信息资源产业发展的制度环境。
In information society, the development of information resource industry has been the inevitable choice for the enhancement of information exploration and usage. In view of the importance of system to information resource industry, this paper discusses how to build and improve the system of the development of information resource industry from the aspects of market entrance, property arrangeanent, fair competition, stimulating mechanism, supervision and system of investment.
