摘要
为了对某乘用车车门的抗凹陷性能进行分析,采用HyperMesh作为前处理器,利用ABAQUS/Standard隐式求解方法对其进行屈曲抗凹分析。对车门外板进行屈曲模态分析,确定抗凹分析中的加载位置,建立刚性球压头模拟指压对车门进行抗凹分析,得到车门的残余变形量和加载卸载过程载荷与位移的关系曲线,并针对车门进行优化,提高了车门的抗凹陷性能。
To analyze the denting resistance of the door panel of a passenger car,buckling and denting resistance analysis were described in this paper by using HyperMesh as pre-processor and using ABAQUS/Standard implicit.It ascertained the load position in denting resistance analysis through the buckling modal analysis for the door panel and made a denting resistance analysis through establishing rigid indenter imitating the thumb touch.The residual deformation of the door panel and the load displacement curve were obtained.Besides,to enhance the denting resistance performance of the door panel,the optimization for the door panel was made.
