摘要
本文通过描述统计、数据验证和计量回归分析高校教师海外研修对课程国际化的效果及影响因素。实证结果表明,海外研修对高校教师开设全英文专业课程、转变涉外课程教学方式效果显著;海外研修模式、实施过程及收益满意度是影响课程国际化效果的重要因素。本文由此提出制定基于课程国际化目标的研修效益评估指标、选取合理的研修模式、依据过程反馈适时调整研修项目的建议。
This paper uses statistics description, chi square tests and regression analysis to analyze the effective- ness and the influencing factors of university teachers' overseas training on curriculum internationalization. It proves that overseas training plays an positive role on teachers' setting up professional curriculum in English and transforming their teaching methods. The overseas training model, implementation process, and teachers' satisfaction are important factors affecting training effect. Accordingly, this paper proposes to develop evalua tion index based on curriculum internationalization, select appropriate training mode, and adjust the training process in time to improve the overseas training program.
