聚乙烯醇对SiC泥坯料性能的影响

The Effect of Polyving Akohol on the Mud Properties of SiC

摘要 以聚乙烯醇为塑性剂,讨论了陈腐时间、塑性剂含量和水含量对SiC泥料的塑性、伸长率、密度、气孔率等性能的影响.实验结果表明:在聚乙烯醇含量3%、水含量30%、陈腐时间24h的条件下,可获得以上性能参数的最佳值. Extrusion process is concerned by scholars at home and abroad in recent years because of auto- matic and continuous producing. In this study, when polyving akohol acts as a plasticizer, the effect of techni- cal parameters, such as different stale time, different content of plastic agent and water content on properties such as plasticity and elongation properties of the mud, mud density and porosity, are discussed. The results show that the optimum properties value can be obtained when polyving akohol is 3, water 30 and stale time 24 h.
