摘要
以聚乙二醇为塑性剂,讨论了陈腐时间、塑性剂和水对SiC泥料的塑限、伸长率、密度和气孔率等性能的影响.结果表明:在聚乙二醇含量5%、水含量31%、陈腐时间24h的工艺条件下,SiC泥料可获得塑限、伸长率、密度、气孔率等相关参数的最佳值.
In this study, when polyving akohol acts as a plasticizer, the effect of technical parameters, such as stale time, plastic agent and water content, on properties such as plasticity and elongation properties of the mud, mud density and porosity, are discussed. The results show that the optimum properties value can be obtained when polyethylene glycol is 50/60, water 31% and stale time 24 h.
