摘要
针对高压辊磨机的技术性能,在某大型金矿碎磨工艺中选择其作为细碎设备。试验研究结果显示:从产品粒度、单位处理能力及单位功率消耗等方面分析,高压辊磨机适用于该金矿矿石。技术经济比较结果证明其具有良好的应用前景。
In view of the special technical characteristics of high-pressure grinding rolls, it was selected as the fine crusher in the crushing and grinding process of a large-scale gold mine. The test results showed that high-pressure grinding rolls was appropriate for the ore properties of this gold mine from the product size,the unit capacity and the unit watt consumption. Comprehensive techno-economie comparison was conducted and it proved that high-pressure grinding roll was of a favorable application prospect.
