摘要
高压辊磨机已经成为金属矿山选厂矿石物料粉碎工艺流程中的重要设备,其核心工作部件挤压辊的耐磨性是设备作业率和使用寿命的关键因素。一种新型镶嵌组合式压辊研制成功后,在姑山矿业公司进行工业化生产运行试验,结果证明:该新型压辊结构设计合理,镶嵌的合金柱显著提高了辊面耐磨性,使该设备的使用寿命达到国际先进水平。
High pressure roller mill has become the important equipment that had been applied to crushing the metallic ore in the processing of ore dressing plant, the wear - resisting property of the roller is the crucial factor influencing the operating ratio and life for the equipment. A novel roller with studded cemented carbide stud and combined structure was developed to confront the ironbound ore. The industrialized experiment of crushing iron - ore was implemented at Gushan ore dressing plant. The result of experiment was concluded that the design of combined structure is rational, and the wear - resisting property is enhanced for the cemented carbide stud, these make the service life approach the advanced level.
