摘要
对污泥总糖的提取条件进行优化,通过采用单因素研究法研究讨论消解盐酸不同浓度、不同用量以及不同水浴消解温度和不同消解时间对污泥中总糖溶出效率的影响,并比较消解后污泥过滤去除滤渣与不过滤保留滤渣的区别,以及试验样品保存方法的差异对污泥总糖测定的影响,最终确定出污泥进行硫酸苯酚测定总糖前的最佳前期处理方案。实验结果显示,最佳测定条件为选用新鲜的湿污泥,提取条件为添加浓度为6 mol/L的盐酸50 mL,沸水浴消解15 min后不过滤。
Sludge extraction conditions of total sugar was optimized, and single factor method was used to study the impact of digesting hydrochloric acid of different concentrations, different dosages as well as diffelent water bath digestion temperatures and digestion time on dissolving efficiency of total sugar in sewage sludge. The difference between the digestion sludge filter to remove the residue and not filter to retain residue was compared, differences of the impact of various storage methods of samples on the determination of total sugar in sludge were also discussed, and finally to propose an optimal pretreatment scheme for the determination of total sugar by sulfuric acid phenol. Experimental results showed that the best determination conditions were as fresh wet sludge, adding 50mL 6mol/L hydrochloric acid, without filtering after boiling water bath for 15 min .
