摘要
新世纪我国基础教育课程改革的目标在于以学生为本,具体包括:从“双基”到“四基”;以学科课程、活动课程、综合课程、问题中心课程等多类型课程体现目标;学生建构的课程设计,把学生的发展作为课程开发的出发点和归宿。落实这些目标必须确立终身学习的课程设计、多元文化的课程设计、开放系统的课程设计等全新的课程改革理念,试行国家课程、地方课程和学校课程,即三级课程、三级管理的基础教育课程体系。
The objective of reform in the curricula in our country's elementary education in the new century, lies in the fact that it is bed on the pall of students. To be specific, it consists of courses offered from 'Two Basics' to 'Four Basics', covering manifold aspects which will embody the objective, such as the subject comes, activity courses, integrated courses, problem-centred courses, etc.; and as to the course design constructed by students, it has to take development of students as its starting-point and final settling place in the course of developing courses. In order to bring this objctive into realization, attempts should be made to conceive a brand-new idea of reform in courses, Opening up such courses as lifelong learning course design, manifactorial culture course design, open system course design, etc., and try practising the system of corses of elementary education run at three levels: i.e., state-defined come, locality-characterized courses, and school-specified corses.
