摘要
介绍LAMOST光纤定位单元定位精度检测装置的工作原理及结构。该装置利用“光重心法”检测光纤端部出射光斑的特征点以获得定位单元上光纤端部的位置 ,采用光栅和线阵CCD传感器实现二维图象扫描检测。
The principle and structure of measuring device to detect the positioning accuracy of LAMOST fiber positioning unit are introduced. By means of the optical gravity center method to detect the characteristic spot of facula out of the fiber end, the position of fiber end in the positioning unit can be obtained. The 2D image scanning detection is realized by using the grating and the linear CCD.
