摘要
针对深孔轴线的直线度的测量,设计了一种远距离,二维直线度的激光测量方法。这种方法以经过单模光纤耦合的单一、准直的激光束作为测量基准,光电二维位置敏感元件采用四象限光电池,实现了水平和竖直方向直线度的同时测量和同时显示,并对信号进行处理和直线度误差评定,得出深孔轴线直线度的误差值。
A new long-distance and two-dimensional straightness measurement method is introduced. A single-mode fiber-coupled laser module was used, and the laser beam from this laser module is highly stable, and can be used as the reference line for straightness error. Four quadrant photo-diode detector are used as electro-optical 2D position sensitive elements. After signal processing and error evaluattion, the horizontal and vertical straightness errors as well as axis straightness error can be measured simultaneously.
