摘要
研究了湿法炼锌中性浸出过程中降低浸出液中的锗,考察了浸出液中Fe质量浓度、浸出终点p H、浸出时间和温度、生产流量、生产连续性等因素对浸出液中锗质量浓度的影响。结果表明:控制铁质量浓度为1.57 g/L、浸出终点pH为5.0~5.2,在75~82℃、生产流量140~160 m3/h、连续生产条件下浸出3~5 h ,浸出液中锗质量浓度可以有效控制在0.6 mg/L以下,满足锌电积要求。
Removal of germanium from neutral leaching solution during zinc hydrometallurgy was researched .The effect of iron concentration ,pH of leaching end point ,leaching time and temperature , production flow and production continuity on the germanium concentration in neutral leaching solution were examined .The results show that under the conditions of iron mass concentration of 1 .57 g/L ,pH of leaching end point of 5 .0-5 .2 ,leaching temperature of 78-82 ℃ ,leaching time of 3-5 hours and flow of 140-160 m3/h ,germanium concentration can be controlled less than 0 .6 mg/L ,the leaching solution can meet .zinc electrowinning requirements .
