摘要
CO变换过程是煤制SNG工艺流程中不可或缺的一个重要环节。变换催化剂可以降低变换反应的温度,提高变换反应的速率,是近年来CO变换反应研究的热点。对变换炉提出一个合理的数学模型和建立变换工段精确的流程模拟模型,可以优化操作条件,降低能耗,找出并解决流程中的瓶颈,便于指导实际生产。
CO shift process is an important part in the production process of SNG from coal. Shift Catalyst can not only reduce the transformation reaction temperature, but also increase the rate of shift reaction, which is the research hot point on CO shift reaction in recent years. In this paper, reasonable mathematical model and simulation model of shift process were established in order to optimize operating conditions of the shift furnace, reduce energy consumption, and solve the bottleneck of the shift process.
