摘要
综述了甲醇催化剂的使用技术及国内外甲醇催化剂的研究进展。对催化剂制备工艺的优化、添加第四组分增加催化剂的活性和稳定性、杂质对催化剂性能的影响、催化剂中毒机理研究、催化剂微晶大小以及孔结构控制进行了概述。提出预还原型甲醇催化剂的研究以及尖晶石结构对甲醇催化剂性能影响应引起足够的重视。
Application technology and research advances in catalysts for methanol synthesis at home and abroad were reviewed. The researches of the optimization of preparation process of methanol catalyst were summarized, also including the increase of catalyst activity and stability by adding the fourth component to the Cu/Zn/A1 catalysts, the influence of impurityies on the catalyst properties, as well as the poisoning mechanism, the grain size and the hole structure control of the catalysts,. The study on pre - reduction catalysts and the influence of spinel structure on the properties of methanol catalysts should be paid enough attention.
