摘要
分析了2007~2010年大亚湾海域贝类、鱼类和甲壳类等海洋生物体内Hg、Pb、Cd和As的含量及质量变化趋势。结果表明贝类Pb、Cd和As相对较高,Pb平均含量呈逐年递减趋势,Hg呈稍微增加趋势;2008~2010年鱼类Pb呈现递减趋势;甲壳类体内Pb呈逐年递减趋势,而Cd和As呈现递增趋势。以《海洋生物质量》标准为依据,大亚湾贝类体内Hg全部符合第一类国家海洋生物质量标准;Cd和As符合第二类国家海洋生物质量标准;除2007年个别超过国家海洋生物质量第三类标准外,Pb含量符合国家海洋生物质量第二类标准。与历史资料相比,大亚湾海洋生物质量基本处于较稳定状态,Pb等个别指标较高可能与该海域重金属含量的背景值有关。
Hg,Pb,Cd and As contents in marine organisms( shellfish,fish and crustaceans) were investigated to study marine biological quality trend in Daya Bay around the northern South China Sea during 2007 and 2010. Pb,Cd and As contents in shellfish were much higher than those in fishes and crustaceans. The mean values of Pb decreased whereas Hg increased in shellfish with age. Pb content in fish decreased with age since 2007. The mean values of Pb contents decreased whereas Cd and As increased in crustaceans with age. In shellfish,Hg was in agreement with Marine Biological Quality Standard Category I,whereas Cd and As were in agreement with Marine Biological Quality Standard Category Ⅱ. With exception of in 2007 exceeding Standard Category Ⅲ,Pb in shellfish were in agreement with Standard Category Ⅱ. With comparison of the historical results,benthic environment quality was still in a steady state through some factors exceeded Standard Category Ⅲ due to the heavy mental background in Daya Bay.
