摘要
通过精馏试验 ,摸索了分离 6 氯 2 硝基甲苯混合物的过程参数。精馏柱采用 2 6mm的玻璃柱 ,内装高效不锈钢三角丝填料 ,填料高度为 90 0mm ,理论板数为 2 7块。实验结果表明 ,通过双塔精馏 ,可获得纯度大于 96%的 6 氯 2
Through distillation experiment, the process and parameters of separation of 6 chloro 2 nitrotoluene mixture have been studied in a ?26?mm batch distillation column packed with high efficiency triangle metal packing of 900?mm height, equivalent to 27 theoretical plates. The results showed that the purity of 6 chloro 2 nitrotoluene was over 96% by two tower distillation.
